Ella and Cherry welcomes both UK and international orders. We will send orders to any country and promise to provide the same fast efficient despatch times for all regions. Our delivery charge is simple and transparent. It is as follows:

Delivery time: Delivery time is up to 5 working days from the date we receive your order. This may vary slightly depending on the delivery efficiency of your local postal depot. International deliveries will take longer depending on your regional postal service.
Online Return policy We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. Should you wish to return your goods for a refund or exchange, this is simple, please follow our returns policy :
1. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of invoice date.
2. All items must be returned in unused and saleable condition with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse items if they have been worn, damaged or not in a saleable condition.
3. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning items.
4. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage from your post office by using Royal Mail Registered Post or similar as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not reach us.
5. We do not refund any postage cost incurred.
