Delivery & Returns

Delivery Cost:

Ella and Cherry welcomes both UK and international orders. We will send orders to any country and promise to provide the same fast efficient despatch times for all regions. Our delivery charge is simple and transparent. It is as follows: 

• UK Mainland £5
• Europe £13
• All other countries and regions £20

Delivery time: Delivery time is up to 5 working days from the date we receive your order. This may vary slightly depending on the delivery efficiency of your local postal depot. International deliveries will take longer depending on your regional postal service. 

Online Return policy
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. Should you wish to return your goods for a refund or exchange, this is simple, please follow our returns policy :

1. All refunds will attract a 10% processing fee. The 10% is calculated as a percentage of the full order value, excluding any items you have kept and postage charges.

2. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of invoice date.

3. All items must be returned in unused and saleable condition with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse items if they have been worn, damaged or not in a saleable condition.

4. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning items.

5. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage from your post office by using Royal Mail Registered Post or similar as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not reach us.

6. We do not refund any postage cost incurred.

7. All refunds take a minimum of 5 working days to reach your account (from when the refund is processed) in line with all UK businesses. Please do not email us until at least 5 working days has passed.

8. Any item purchased via telephone, mail order or the internet must be returned directly to:

Retail Event Returns Policy

We are happy to exchange items purchased at our retail events but we are unable to offer full refunds. All postage costs for the exchange will be paid by the customer. The following also applies:

1. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase date.
